Proudman Tidal Atlases

Proudman Tidal Atlases are full 32 Bit Real Time Tidal Atlas for the UK and Continental Shelf Areas, which work in conjunction with RCDS. Data is stored Geographically independant of the chart and each area is on a 12KM Grid. The tidal streams will work with any relevant ARCS chart in your portfolio. Data is interpolated from a 12KM grid around the continental shelf - more detailed (1KM grid) information is available upon request.

any day or time, with rates automatically adjusted between springs/neaps.
Single point predictions can also be obtained for the current date/time for any geographic position, by a simple right click.
Enables full tidal passage planning to be carried out on any pre-planned or current route, with predicted track projections, ETA etc.
Enables a vessel to navigate in Dead Reckoning using the tidal stream information without the need for GPS input (a useful back-up feature).
