The SeaEDIT
program allows the user to quality control and select data stored by
an online navigation and data logging program.
The software will use corrected data to produce plot files for charting or other processing tasks. Raw and corrected data can be viewed on the screen to assist in data editing and validation. Block adjustment can be applied to data prior to presentation on the screen where the following functions are provided:· Ability to show vessel track and fixes. The software allows any bathymetry overwriting in a chart to be removed automatically. Care is taken to maintain data integrity and only real data points are used; no interpolation or girding is performed. Data files are produced for bathymetry plots, longitudinal profile plots and export to a Digital Terrain Model. |
